1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Weave: Storyteller ("the Bot"), a Discord bot service provided by Weave Entertainment ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

Weave: Storyteller is a Discord bot that provides an interactive RPG (Role-Playing Game) system playable within Discord. The Bot utilizes proprietary databases and artificial intelligence models, including generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), to create and manage gaming experiences. The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Requirements

- You must have a valid Discord account to use the Bot

- You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and

Community Guidelines

- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot

- You understand that you are interacting with AI-powered systems and that content is generated algorithmically

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the Bot for any illegal purposes

- Attempt to exploit, harm, or manipulate the Bot or its AI systems

- Use the Bot to harass, abuse, or harm others

- Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Bot

- Interfere with or disrupt the Bot or servers connected to the Bot

- Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Bot's AI models or systems

- Use the Bot for commercial purposes without explicit written permission

5. Privacy and Data Usage

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Bot, you acknowledge that your interactions with the Bot may be processed by AI systems and stored in our databases. We collect and store necessary data to provide and improve our services, including but not limited to user interactions, gameplay data, and Discord user IDs.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Bot (including all intellectual property rights) are and will remain the exclusive property of Weave Entertainment. This includes but is not limited to the Bot's code, AI models, databases, generated content, and associated materials.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weave Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. This includes but is not limited to:

- Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content

- Loss of game progress or data

- Technical issues or service interruptions

- Actions taken based on AI-generated content

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Bot or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. This includes updates to AI models, gameplay systems, and other features.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Bot following any changes indicates your acceptance of such changes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or misuse of the AI systems.

13. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

You acknowledge that the Bot uses AI to generate content and responses. While we strive for quality and appropriateness, you understand that:

- AI-generated content may be imperfect or inconsistent

- We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of generated content

- Content is generated algorithmically and does not reflect personal views or beliefs

- Generated content remains the intellectual property of Weave Entertainment

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

By using Weave: Storyteller, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
